Cars & 4th of July Parking
Each unit is allocated two (2) parking spaces.
4th of July Parking Passes
Below you will find a link to parking passes for each unit. They should be filled out and displayed prominently on your car's dashboard. We will have staff at the parking lot entrances to check passes. If you lose or did not print a pass you will need to stop in at the HOA office in the clubhouse to get a new one.
All Year Auto Parking
Year round auto parking is extremely limited. We need to have access for snow removal and various other maintenance requirements. A few spaces are available for owners who apply at the HOA office in the clubhouse. If there are more applicants than spaces, we will use an allocation process. Nobody is guaranteed a space year after year.
